General Practitioner Branding Design
A local GP sought a professional brand design and Squarespace website design incorporating soothing colours and a modern floral pattern for a feminine sensibility.
This branding project focused on creating a calm, human-centred identity balancing professionalism with approachability, a brand that feels trustworthy. The strategy positioned the practice as reassuring and patient-focused. A simple, confident logo supported by clean, highly legible typography and a soft, controlled colour palette balances warmth with credibility. Structured layouts and generous spacing ensure clarity across all touchpoints, reinforcing a consistent and accessible experience. The result is a modern, cohesive brand that aligns with clinic/patient expectations, building trust through simplicity, clarity, and a human approach to healthcare.

The Brief
Develop a brand identity for a general practice clinic
Communicate trust, care, and professionalism
Create a softer point of difference in a highly standardised category
The Problem
Medical branding is often generic, clinical, and indistinguishable
Focus is typically on function over feeling
Patients are looking for reassurance, clarity, and human connection
In healthcare, a brand is more than visual, it shapes the emotional relationship between practitioner and patient
Key tension: How do we create something that feels professional and credible, while still being warm and human?
The Strategy
Positioning
Human-first healthcare
Calm, clear, and trustworthy
Designed to feel approachable, not institutional
Guiding principle: Build a brand that reflects the experience patients are seeking — reassurance, clarity, and care.
