With a career spanning over two decades in graphic design, creative content, and visual communication, I have been blending my lifelong love of art, design and technology to craft compelling brand identities and designs.
My design experience includes working within agencies, boutique design studios, and as a successful freelance professional. I have collaborated with a diverse range of clients, from large-scale corporate brands to emerging businesses and artistic enterprises.

What to expect
The process of working with a Graphic Designer
Discovery
Initial consultation and briefing - We will begin with a personal and collaborative meeting to understand the business, uncover the real world problem, and align on goals, audience, competitors, scope, and delivery deadlines. This step helps me to understand the design requirements and offer suggestions.
Contract and Deposit - Once a clear understanding of your project has been established, you will receive a contract that outlines the scope of work and deliverables. After signing, payment of an initial deposit secures your spot in my design schedule.
Strategy
Strategy consultation and briefing - We will discuss brand positioning, refine the key messaging and targeted audience, to inform the creative so it supports the brand story, values, and visual direction, and set a roadmap that guides the next steps.
Design
Concept Development - I proceed to the development of the design/s, then deliver to you a presentation document which includes design concepts (usually 2-3) showing you different design possibilities.
Concept Selection and Refinement - After thoughtful consideration, you choose the preferred concept to proceed. We then work closely to refine the chosen concept, ensuring it captures the design and/or marketing objectives and the essence of your business, service or product.
Review Rounds - Collaboration is important and I offer two rounds of reviews. During this stage, I welcome your feedback and implement any necessary edits to perfect and finalise the design for final approval.
Delivery
Final Payment and Handover - Before the final handover of files, the final payment is required. Once payment is made, I proceed to finalise and prepare all assets, and provide you with all the necessary files and guidelines, including high-quality formats for seamless implementation in the real world.
I design with the industry-standard design software Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and Canva, Affinity or other design applications for requested projects. This allows me to deliver high-quality designs that are both accessible, and customisable by the client after delivery.
